This wouldn't be so annoying if I didn't have the solution to my main issue sitting on this USB drive. I might try to rig up a different power supply and see if maybe the PSU is to blame. I also tried the newer RAM, being a different brand and speed.
Unfortunately I don't have a PS2 keyboard handy.Īlso since creating the thread, I have also attempted different sticks of RAM, in case there was a dead stick or something. 3 times for each, once in each of the different USB version slots. Just tried it with 2 different USB keyboards. Should that not be an option try an old PS2 Keyboard.that seems to have done the trick for those that still had problems. If that fails try a different Keyboard because others have had problems with some Keyboards. Sofar so good, the only things I can tell you is try plugging you KB and Mouse in to the BLACK USB Ports on the back, I have found that problems pop up when I plug in to the other ports(RED(USB 3.0) BLUE(USB 2.0)), like Can't get into BIOS or GPU DIMM POST locks the system up. G.Skill Ripjaw X 8GB stick of DDRMHz (also tried a 4GB stick of Corsair Dominator DDR3 1333) _.ĮDIT: Derp, forgot the specs that matter. i'm kind of stumped, though.Īny help? I feel like this is something incredible simple. I tried checking my connections, RAM seating (1 stick of RAM in the farthest slot), removing the CMOS battery, and clearing CMOS via the jumpers. but I can't get into BIOS because the motherboard gets to here, and then shuts off.
I have the new BIOS rom on a flash drive, ready to go. Please contact ASUS technical support for help. The data in the EC or EC Flash might be corrupted. "Please enter setup to recover BIOS setting. I can't even get into BIOS to flash, because it boots up, loads the American Megatrends screen, and gives me the following message. Lo-and-behold, I got the motherboard to post after installing an old Phenom II.ĪNYWAY, my new problem. Those aren't supported unless you have the new 1703 BIOS build." my friend finally pointed out a stupid error on my part by doing a simple google search. Tested PSUs, CPUs, RAM, Motherboards, etc. I did everything possible to try and get it working. For the past few days i've been having a lot of stress trying to get it working (i've built 3 builds in the past, but my issue this time has been the ever-so-vague red CPU Q LED being on). Is replacing GPU fix this? if yes is it able to replace for this model?here i am sharing you latest minidump.dmp, MEMORY.DMP, systeminfo.I recently built an entirely new system.
AutoCAD is the most using software by me and other civil software, running AutoCAD cause BSOD also while open any apps of NVIDIA like control panel and NVIDIA Experience were also causing this. Also there is no issues seen during normal using of system and browsing internet etc.
How to fix this i already done clean install of Nvidia 340.52,347.09,365.10,381.89,382.33 etc of clean installs with Geforce experience also without it also using DDU etc etcDone updates for windows 10 also for IDE ATA/ATAPI controller update etcand many things on net where already done but its still happening just Running my drafting softwares like AutoCAD etc just during the opening of software but without a driver for Nvidia the Intel Graphics doing the work for me well, by this i think its sure that the problem is to the NVIDIA graphics. I checked many versions of Nidia graphics driver no luck some time using old driver issue is VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE on nvddlmkm.sys or when using updated version its DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION It is actually started at the time it running with Window 7, then i upgraded to Windows 8 and the now it is in Windows 10 But the problem is still here.
